About the Role 

As the Product Owner of  Abloxx, you will have full  responsibility and ownership -professionally wise -of our proprietary token ecosystem (XAB). You will be the driving force behind the strategic evolution of the Abloxx token infrastructure and its underlying reward mechanics to support our growth as a premium Digital Asset Boutique.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, tokenomics, and enterprise-grade financial technology. You will define and execute critical infrastructure updates, and develop new ecosystem utility features that drive user engagement. In addition,you will build a sustainable, secure, and compliant token economy that aligns seamlessly with our corporate standards. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex reward mechanics, financial ledger systems, and how to create concrete user utility that drives asset growth and client retention. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own the Abloxx (XAB) Product Area: Drive the complete lifecycle of the XAB token,including its strategic evolution and core infrastructure upgrades. 
• Design Advanced Architectures: Implement and manage complex business logic that governs token utility, VIP eligibility, and reward mechanics across user portfolios. 
• Develop Ecosystem Utility: Build and scale robust utility features—such as trading fee management, reward boosters, exclusive user experiences, and VIP tier governance.
• Manage Token Economy Mechanics: Oversee internal ledger systems, closed-loop token economy mechanics, and automated reconciliation processes to maintain strict system integrity and supply compliance. 
• Translate Requirements: Turn high-level tokenomic strategies and legal/regulatoryconstraints (e.g., MiCAR compliance) into detailed, technical product specifications for Engineering and Design teams. 
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central owner of the token product, driving stakeholder alignment across IT, Legal/Compliance, CRM, and C-Level Leadership. 

Your knowledge areas and experience: 

• 3–5 years of Product experience with clear ownership responsibility, ideally within FinTech, digital assets, or tokenized ecosystems.
• Systems & Ledger Experience: Proven experience building or owning financial ledgers, digital wallet architectures, or closed-loop reward systems. 
• Highly technical, systems-oriented mindset: Strong abstract thinking capabilities with the ability to define immutable transaction logic, API security protocols, and automated reconciliation rules. 
• Product & Token Utility: Deep understanding of user retention mechanics, staking products, yield routing, and VIP tiering systems. 
• Agile Expertise: Experience working in Jira-driven product environments and translating abstract tokenomic concepts into structured technical implementations. 
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to articulate system architecture decisions and work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCAR). 
• Autonomous & Driven: Independent, structured, performance-driven, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote setup. 
• Fluent in English. 
• Beneficial but not required: Direct experience migrating traditional web3/on-chain tokens to centralized or enterprise ledger environments.
