You will develop positioning and messaging to translate complex AI and legal technology into clear customer value. You will also own the editorial calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales enablement and marketing content.
As the founding Head of Product Marketing, you will shape how an AI and legal technology company explains its products to customers. Reporting to the Head of GTM, you will work with executives and teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex technology into clear, trusted messaging.
Develop positioning and messaging that translate technical capabilities into simple, differentiated customer value.
Own the editorial calendar and set priorities for the company's marketing narrative.
Build launch narratives by defining the customer problem, audience, messaging, and supporting proof.
Write and edit content across web, email, social, presentations, sales materials, and other channels.
Partner with executives to develop posts, videos, panels, and interviews, and present on camera when appropriate.
Interview customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand buying motivations and customer language.
Direct video and content production, including topics, speakers, and creative hooks.
Create sales enablement materials that explain products at different levels of detail.
Monitor competitors and the AI market, and partner with performance marketing to refine messaging based on results.
At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, communications, or storytelling in AI, enterprise software, legal technology, or a similarly complex product environment.
Experience in legal practice, legal technology, legal journalism, or marketing to legal audiences, with an understanding of how legal professionals evaluate and buy products.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with experience owning product positioning, messaging, and launches.
Experience working across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and external agencies while maintaining strategic direction.
Experience with customer research, sales enablement, and directing content or video production, including presenting on camera.
Curiosity about AI architecture and infrastructure, and proficiency with modern AI tools.
Salary range: $180,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United States, with meaningful Eastern Time overlap and periodic travel required.
