About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help drive roadmap execution, organizational alignment, and cross-functional coordination across our product portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain visibility into product initiatives, ensure alignment with company goals, identify risks and dependencies, and help keep product efforts on track.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the Product organization, helping connect strategy to execution. You will play a key role in roadmap planning, initiative tracking, release planning, goal management, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement of Product processes.
This is a highly collaborative, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, fast-growing healthcare technology company where organization, communication, accountability, and strategic thinking are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap & Initiative Management
- Maintain visibility across active product initiatives, roadmap commitments, strategic projects, and major enhancements
- Track progress against roadmap objectives and help ensure product initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities
- Identify risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and potential impacts to roadmap commitments
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning discussions, and roadmap updates in partnership with Product leadership
- Help ensure stakeholders have visibility into upcoming initiatives, timelines, and changes
Product Planning & Goal Management
- Support quarterly, annual, and strategic product planning activities
- Track progress against product goals, objectives, and key initiatives
- Help ensure product efforts remain aligned with company priorities and desired outcomes
- Assist in measuring initiative progress and reporting on roadmap execution
- Provide visibility into areas requiring attention, adjustment, or escalation
Product Process & Operational Excellence
- Help develop and improve Product operating processes, planning frameworks, reporting structures, and governance practices
- Maintain planning artifacts, status reporting, dashboards, and product operations documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, accountability, and collaboration
- Support continuous improvement of Product team processes and operating rhythms
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or a similar cross-functional role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting roadmap planning, strategic initiatives, product portfolios, or organizational goal management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and competing priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment
- Ability to balance strategic objectives with tactical execution
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, IDD services, assisted living, long-term care, or medication management environments
- Experience working within software product organizations
- Experience supporting OKRs, strategic planning processes, or portfolio management activities
- Experience building reporting dashboards and executive-level status reporting
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product development methodologies
- Experience supporting operationally complex software platforms
- Experience working within tools such as Jira and Confluence for initiative tracking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
