Are you a detail-obsessed operator who loves making complex things run smoothly? Do you want to be the person who keeps one of the most ambitious education innovation convenings in the world on track?

The Product Operations Associate is the operational backbone of the GSV product team year-round. WHO WE ARE
The ASU+GSV Summit

Now in its 18th year, the ASU+GSV Summit is the world’s most important and impactful gathering of leaders across “PreK to Gray” education and workforce learning. The annual event is held in April in San Diego, where, in 2026, over 7,000 registrants gathered to address the transformation of learning and skills delivery leveraging key developments in technology including generative artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and many other solutions.

As of July 2025, GSV Summit became part of Hyve Group's portfolio, joining forces with Bett to create the largest and most impactful education innovation community in the world, now reaching an audience of over 100,000 participants across five events on four continents.

WHO IS THE PRODUCT TEAM?

The Product Team is the creative and strategic engine behind the ASU+GSV Summit experience. We design and deliver content that inspires action — from high-production keynotes with global thought leaders to provocative panels, interactive workshops, community activations, and live product demos.

We work at the intersection of program, partnerships, and community, collaborating with partners, education leaders and practitioners, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers and thought leaders to shape the conversations that matter most in “PreK to Gray” learning.

Making that happen requires exceptional operational support. The Product Operations Associate is the person who ensures our data is clean, our speakers are registered, our platforms are running, and nothing falls through the cracks.
