  • Curiosity about customers and the discipline to turn interviews and data into clear insights
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run several launches at once across teams
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, growing company
  • Experience marketing to higher education, K–12, or nonprofit organizations, especially advancement, development, or alumni relations teams
  • Experience marketing AI, data, or analytics products

  • Customer and market insight: Talk to customers and prospects regularly. Run win/loss analysis, track competitors, and bring what you learn back to Product to shape the roadmap.
  • Content and storytelling: Partner with demand generation and content teams on web copy, case studies, webinars, emails, and conference presence that speak to the realities of advancement work.
  • Customer advocacy: Identify and develop customer champions for case studies, references, testimonials, and speaking opportunities.
  • Measurement: Define success metrics for launches and enablement programs, such as adoption, pipeline influence, and win rates, and use the results to improve.
