As a Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams of Curriculum Specialists, designers, interaction developers, learning scientists, and marketers to dream up, design, and deliver transformative classroom experiences.
You Will…
Own a product area - take full accountability for a specific area of the product, defining a 6-12 month roadmap that balances new feature development, user requests, and content debt.
Champion your customers - represent your users in all phases of product development, drawing on insights from customer discovery work to pinpoint gaps in quality, and proactively address issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Be the expert in your area - know the market, use case, and capabilities of your product, and monitor performance in the field.
Gain market intelligence - research and communicate competitive programs, identifying gaps, new opportunities, and emerging trends to inform initiative ideation and design.
Translate strategy into actionable plans - take the "north star" vision from leadership and break it down into actionable initiatives. Conduct initiative research, develop initiative concepts and plans to deliver product goals. Create detailed release/execution quarterly plans with feature/task estimates in partnership with cross-functional team. Surface insights from customers and market that inform the longer-term product vision.
Deliver results - set quarterly OKRs in collaboration with your team and GPM/Director. Own feature-level key results, establish and monitor performance metrics for your features and track progress against them. Use data to tell the story of how your work is impacting teacher efficiency or student outcomes, and pivot when the data suggests a different path.
Cross-functional leadership - develop a deep partnership with Content and Supply Chain] and design leads to navigate technical/pedagogical/physical constraints and UX challenges, ensuring the team delivers solutions that are valuable, delightful, and feasible. Rally your cross-functional team behind a shared vision, understand the business context, and execute against goals. Design content for the platform leveraging existing capabilities and working within its constraints; advocate for new features when necessary.
Own end-to-end product delivery - lead your team to deliver initiatives, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch iteration. Own requirements and the prioritized backlog, making timely trade-off decisions. Be ultimately accountable for feature quality and scope, product and organizational readiness, and delivery timeline.
Lead product execution - Lead and participate in product development practices for your team, and ensure all blockers are resolved within 24 hours. Clearly provide broader context and goals to cross-functional teams for sprint plans and features.
Implement AI solutions - go beyond learning about AI to actively identifying specific workflows where AI can enhance teacher effectiveness, increase student engagement, or improve team efficiency. Partner with engineers to bring these features to life.
Communicate with precision - serve as the primary point of contact for your product area, providing clear updates to stakeholders across the organization regarding progress, trade-offs, priority/scope shifts, and timelines.
How You Work…
You are outcome-oriented - you don’t just celebrate shipping; you celebrate moving the needle on the metrics that matter.
You are a proactive problem-solver - you anticipate blockers before they hit the team and have a Plan B (and C) ready to go.
You balance intuition with data - you have developed a "product sense" that allows you to make decisions even when data is imperfect, but you always seek evidence to back up your gut.
You are a collaborative leader - you create a "safe-to-fail" environment for your team where curiosity is encouraged and every voice is heard.
You are an effective prioritizer - you are comfortable saying "no" to good ideas so that the team can focus on the great ones and can communicate the rationale to teammates and stakeholders alike.
You bridge the gap - you can dive deep into the technical weeds with engineers and supply chain planners and then zoom out to explain the pedagogical impact to a school leader.
You are comfortable with creative workflows - having the diplomacy to know when a lesson is "good enough to ship" versus when it needs another editorial pass
What we’re looking for…

Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred.
A proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch and iterating based on post-launch feedback.
Strong analytical skills
Experience in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of sprint cycles, user story mapping, and discovery techniques.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Empathy-first mindset: You have a deep respect for the challenges facing educators today and a drive to solve them
