The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. IQVIA is seeking a Product Manager – Measurement Studies, Platforms & Data Services to support and help advance our Measurement Studies and Platform offering. This role will focus on enabling IQVIA’s measurement value proposition through measurement study reporting, platform delivery, and data-as-a-service integrations across HCP and DTC measurement capabilities.
The Product Manager will manage a defined area of the measurement portfolio and apply portfolio-level thinking to ensure product initiatives align with a cohesive, scalable, and client-focused measurement product strategy. This role will help bring IQVIA’s measurement capabilities to life by maximizing client value, streamlining offerings, and supporting continued business growth.
As part of the Measurement team, this individual will work across healthcare verticals with healthcare marketers, publishers, agency partners, advertiser clients, and channel partners. The role requires close collaboration with Platform, Science & Innovation, Data Management, Sales, Product Strategy, Marketing, and client-facing teams to identify market needs, shape product direction, and deliver solutions that support adoption and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for existing and new measurement product offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Manage a defined portion of the measurement portfolio and support prioritization of initiatives based on client value, revenue potential, and opportunity-cost considerations.
- Partner closely with Sales teams and clients to support revenue growth, client engagement, and product adoption.
- Own product prioritization, functionality, and scope definition to deliver value to customers while ensuring excellence in product delivery.
- Support key measurement areas, including:
- DTC and HCP measurement studies, including digital media, TV, cross-channel, attribution, and related solutions.
- DTC platform and BI reporting capabilities.
- Data-as-a-Service offerings.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to identify, assess, and advance new go-to-market opportunities and product offerings.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, sales support, and ongoing enhancement based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Incorporate best practices in methodology, data visualization, and end-user experience into product requirements and feature definition.
- Collaborate with product teams to support consistent measurement standards and a unified client experience.
- Manage and support two Product Owners, ensuring alignment on priorities, delivery expectations, and stakeholder communication.
- Engage directly with key client stakeholders across healthcare verticals to understand business needs and translate insights into scalable product solutions.
- Partner with Measurement Product Strategy and Marketing to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market readiness.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through ongoing market research.
- Navigate data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance considerations are incorporated into product design and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare, data-driven, or technology-focused organizations.
- Strong understanding of the digital media and measurement landscape, including digital marketing data, marketing technology, and advertising technology.
- Knowledge of key players across healthcare, publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and ad tech ecosystems.
- Experience working with IQVIA or clinical data sets preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver against objectives and timelines through roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Experience creating go-to-market materials, including product positioning and pricing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to support internal and external stakeholders while translating business needs into practical product solutions.
- Proficiency in advanced measurement methodologies and attribution preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, innovation mindset, and results-driven approach.
- Revenue-focused mindset with experience supporting measurement sales and revenue-generating product initiatives.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Healthcare, life sciences, digital media, or measurement product experience.
- Experience supporting platform-based reporting, BI tools, or data-as-a-service solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations within healthcare or data-driven product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance client needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and revenue impact.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $220,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
