Product Manager

We're looking for a driven Product Manager to join our growing SaaS product team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of customers, business, and technology — shaping what we build, why we build it, and how it delivers value. You'll own your product's success end-to-end, working closely with customer-facing teams, engineering, and leadership to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to shaping and evolving the product vision and strategy in line with company goals
• Partner closely with customer-facing teams to gather and analyze user feedback, translating it into new product ideas and clear user requirements
• Set up and monitor usage tracking to identify patterns and validate the need for new features
• Convert customer needs into well-defined product functionalities using strong solutioning skills
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and prioritize the product roadmap
• Turn ideas into prototypes and present them to key stakeholders and partners
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan sprints and ensure timely delivery of features
• Represent the company at relevant product and domain-specific conferences and industry events
• Keep a close eye on the market landscape and competitor moves to stay ahead of the curve
• Take complete ownership of your product's performance and success

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• B.Tech/BE is a mandatory educational qualification for this role
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Confident presenter, comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
• A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling ambiguity
• Familiarity with agile development frameworks is a plus
• Prior experience in software development or program management will be an added advantage
