At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Reporting to a Director of Product Management, you'll help enhance every stage of the customer journey while driving innovative agentic solutions that improve experiences, unlock growth opportunities, and redefine what's possible in digital commerce. What you'll get to do...

  • Own and deliver product initiatives within GoDaddy's eCommerce platform, helping shape the roadmap and drive execution for capabilities that power catalog, pricing, ordering, provisioning, and renewals
  • Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional collaborators to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that bring value to customers and the business
  • Handle and prioritize your product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical dependencies, and platform investments
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to validate opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Collaborate across globally distributed teams, building alignment with stakeholders in the US, Romania, India, and other partner organizations to drive successful outcomes
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance, using key insights to discover opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization
  • Support platform reliability, security, and compliance initiatives, partnering with engineering and security teams to ensure trusted customer experiences
  • Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and driven offerings, translating insights into actionable product recommendations
  • Guide features from discovery through launch, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, releases meet customer expectations, and business goals are achieved

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-focused organization
  • Proven experience defining, delivering, and scaling technical product features that drive client and organizational impact 
  • Making data-driven decisions, using both offline analysis as well as experimentation 
  • A proven track record of driving prioritization decisions across business and platform features in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Experience working with engineers on technical products like APIs, microservices, or platform infrastructure
  • Experience using data, analytics, and experimentation to drive product strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes.
  • The ability to translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria that drive successful execution.
  • A willingness to work across time zones as needed (e.g., US, Romania and India)

You might also have...

  • Familiarity with SaaS and eCommerce platforms, including catalog management, product pricing, subscriptions, provisioning, billing, and renewals
  • Experience driving or supporting initiatives to modernize legacy systems and evolve platform architecture
