In this role, you will partner closely with the leading Product Manager to co-pilot two of our products: Case Management system and Dashboard UI/UX. You won't just be executing tasks—you will have the autonomy to drive product vision, make data-backed decisions, and scale these systems for global enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Help global clients streamline manual workflows, make faster decisions, and seamlessly report to regulators.

  • Drive adoption, find new monetization angles, and translate high-level requests into a stellar product.

  • Collaborating on building UI/UX flows and ensuring smooth integration with other internal systems (KYC, KYB, Transaction Monitoring, and more).

  • Communicate directly with major global enterprises to gather feedback, translate their needs into product requirements, and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Gather context, mediate discussions, and champion your product priorities with C-level stakeholders using data and strong reasoning.

  • Run processes with two dedicated development teams.

About You:

  • Solid experience as a Mid to Senior Product Manager (3-4+ years), ideally in Fintech, Regtech, or SaaS.

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems is a huge plus—whether you’ve built custom/internal CRMs, integrated platforms like Salesforce, or used them heavily as a client.

  • Experience with KYC, KYB, or Transaction Monitoring products will put you at a significant advantage. Alternatively, hands-on experience in compliance/AML/fraud operations, combined with PM tenure, is a strong fit

  • Proficiency in English (fluent, ready for active client-facing calls). You are an active listener, a skilled mediator, and can explain complex tech in plain English.

  • You make decisions based on metrics and user data, and you’re comfortable defending your product roadmap and debating priorities with C-level executives when necessary.

  • You are highly flexible, stress-tolerant, and comfortable navigating the diverse requirements of global clients across different regions.
