Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Product Enablement Manager to join our global Product Enablement team within the Digital Business Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive global support to our Commercial teams, ensuring successful go-to-market product launches by equipping global Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams with the critical product knowledge required to confidently guide our customers through their physical-to-digital transformations.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Develop GTM Strategy: Effectively develop and deliver the Go-To-Market enablement strategy for your assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Product Management roadmap.
  • Create Enablement Assets: Design and continuously deliver high-impact training videos, e-learning paths, talk track guides, podcasts, job aids, and live product demos.
  • Facilitate Global Training: Conduct and facilitate interactive live training sessions tailored specifically for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to harvest technical knowledge and ensure training aligns with revenue goals.
  • Optimize via Data & Feedback: Gather learner feedback and analyze usage data to measure the success of training programs, continuously updating materials to maintain accuracy.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enablement Experience:  Proven experience establishing Sales or Product Enablement functions within a highly cross-functional, global environment.
  • Domain & Industry Expertise: A strong technical background in Digital Transformation processes, ideally with prior experience in SaaS or content management solutions.
  • Instructional Toolset: Proficiency with course design software (such as Articulate 360), multimedia editors (Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia), and LMS platforms.
  • Adult Learning Knowledge: Practical experience or strong curiosity regarding Adult Learning Theory, with a proven ability to translate complex technical specs into simple value messaging.
  • Communication & Education: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with absolute fluency in English (multilingual assets are a plus), backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level fluency in English and a second language French would be a plus
