THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us build a better product through data. You'll design experiments, dig into user behavior behind the numbers, spot problems before they grow, and turn insights into decisions that move our key metrics. If you like asking "what would happen if…?" and then proving the answer with data, this role is for you.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE:

• Designing and running product experiments — defining test duration, assessing whether the expected result is achievable, evaluating A/B tests, and determining statistical significance.
• Helping generate, prioritize, validate, and evaluate hypotheses ("what would happen if…?").
  
• Identifying the root causes of anomalies and deviations in key metrics, and flagging product issues early.
• Finding growth opportunities and hypotheses for improving the product's key metrics.
• Building and maintaining product dashboards.
  
  WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  Hard skills
• A degree in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Proficiency with tools for extracting, processing, and visualizing data (MS SQL, Python, Excel, Superset).
• Proven experience running A/B tests.
• A strong understanding of product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.).
  
  Soft skills
• Product thinking - you think about the product in terms of user metrics and see the user behavior behind the numbers.
• Systems thinking - you can move from the big picture to the details and back again.
• Critical thinking - you question the nature of the data and the decisions being made, stay skeptical, and cross-check your findings.
• Effective communication - you back your arguments with numbers and references, explain complex things in simple terms, structure your conclusions with a clear call to action and an estimated impact, and can align with colleagues, present, and defend your analysis.
• Ownership and independence - you don't wait for tasks from your manager; you look for growth opportunities yourself, take responsibility for the outcome, and see things through to the end.
