Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist, responsible for end-to-end sourcing and procurement execution across data center and power generation projects. The role covers supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP execution, commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchase order execution, supplier management, long-lead equipment tracking, and procurement reporting.

The ideal candidate understands the data center and power project lifecycle and can work effectively across Engineering, Project Management/EPC, Finance, Legal, Sales, and suppliers. The role also requires strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.

Location:  LATAM 100% Remote. Working hours are based on the US Pacific Time Zone.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience managing RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis and negotiation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and Excel/data-management skills.
• Strong supplier communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data centers, power generation, energy, EPC, construction or industrial infrastructure.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical equipment, long-lead equipment or project procurement.
• Experience with engineering, construction, commissioning, logistics or other project services procurement.
• Experience with ERP/e-procurement systems, procurement analytics or supplier expediting.
• Experience working with international/global suppliers.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve procurement research, analysis, reporting or workflow automation.
