Key Objectives

  • Manage procurement activities to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.

  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company standards.

  • Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to secure the best terms.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit and analysis purposes.

  • Coordinate with finance and inventory teams to manage budgets and stock levels.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer or similar role, ideally within the software or technology sector.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.
