Job Description

We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant to join a business process analysis and improvement project within an international corporate environment. The successful candidate will work with transactional data from SAP systems and other sources to reconstruct how processes are actually executed, generate process statistics and KPIs, and identify measurable improvement opportunities.

The objective of this role is to provide end-to-end visibility into processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business teams.

Responsibilities

• Extract, model, and prepare event logs from SAP and other source systems.
• Build and configure analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Reconstruct As-Is processes and identify process variants, deviations, and rework.
• Calculate and monitor process KPIs and statistics, including throughput time, cycle time, waiting time, rework rate, automation rate, and conformance.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes, quantifying their operational and financial impact.
• Design dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Present findings and improvement plans to business and IT stakeholders.
• Measure the impact of implemented actions and perform continuous follow-up.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, data engineering teams, and process owners.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Process Mining, process analysis, or process intelligence.
• Hands-on experience building analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (not limited to consuming existing dashboards).
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling and data processing.
• Experience working with data from SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following end-to-end processes: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate data analysis into business recommendations.
• Professional level of English to work in an international environment.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Knowledge of SAP modules and tables, including MM, SD, FI, PP, and WM.
• Celonis PQL and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence certification.
• Experience with Python, ETL tools, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience in FMCG, food industry, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate or S/4HANA transformation programs.
