Private Client Associate

Join Wirex as a Private Client Associate, supporting our Private clients by managing payment, card, account, and transaction-related requests while working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional, personalised service.

Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract.

Location: Fully remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries). 

Working Hours & Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, (Full-time) 8 hours + 1-hour lunch break, based on location.

About the role

This role is designed for someone who combines exceptional client service with strong ownership, attention to detail, and commercial curiosity. You will support Private clients with their day-to-day needs, coordinate complex requests across internal teams, and ensure that our highest-value clients receive a level of service that goes beyond standard Customer Care.

What the Private Client Associate will do

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for Wirex Private clients and provide a personalised, white-glove service.
• Handle client requests across cards, payments, transfers, account functionality, limits, crypto, and other Wirex products.
• Take ownership of client issues from initial contact through to resolution rather than simply passing requests between teams.
• Communicate with clients clearly, confidently, and professionally, particularly when dealing with urgent or sensitive matters.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their individual needs, expectations, and preferences.
• Coordinate complex or high-value cases and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience.
• Identify recurring client pain points and communicate them internally to help improve Private processes.
• Develop a strong understanding of Private clients, their businesses, financial behaviour, and use of Wirex products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuinely client-first mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and follow up on client requests, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding or high-value clients.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and navigate internal processes.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

A strong plus

• Experience working with VIP, premium, or high-value clients.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services.
• Willingness to quickly learn fintech, payments, and crypto products.
