Pre-service Document Indexer

Overview

Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Pre-service Document Indexer, PCC Float Indexer, and PCC Float Pool Indexer – PRN, work closely with referring physician offices and hospitals to ensure required pre-service document orders are present prior to patient visits.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in a support/administrative role Required
• Previous medical record or HIM experience Preferred
