Nutzung und Anpassung vorhandener Antwortvorlagen
Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung der Kundenanliegen
Das bringst du mit:
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung im Kundensupport von Vorteil
Kundenorientierte und freundliche Kommunikation
Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Shopify – jedoch keine Voraussetzung
