About the Role:



The Practice Development Manager (PDM) will be responsible for selling the minimally invasive product portfolio, onboarding customers effectively and subsequently the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in clinics.


This role involves the planning and development of new and existing accounts, supporting demand generation activities, implement tactics to increase conversion of appropriate patients and to give the necessary training to clinic staff to facilitate and increase conversion of leads.


Conducting virtual and face-to-face meetings with clinics and maintaining frequent communications with the customers and achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. ​


Additionally, the role requires managing the allocation of CoOp spends for the territory, creating tailored sales and marketing plans for each customer, and ensuring funds are used as agreed.  The position also supports the onboarding of new clinics and handles back-office tasks to ensure the smooth training, invoicing and delivery of the products in line with the operational & marketing strategies.

Position Context:


The PDM role actively works with existing accounts using a consultative approach, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions to business goals and achieving higher revenues and product sales.  The PDM will efficiently manage a portfolio of customers across the territory and actively seek to expand the number of customers that match the appropriate criteria, in conjunction with the country general manager.



Job Requirements:



Experience in health and beauty industry, processes, and ecosystem.

Appropriate product knowledge and market background.

Customer business models and operating procedures.

Training & Coaching ability including consultation skills.

Native Italian language and advanced English.

Track record of success within client relationship management.

Experience of driving business growth and revenue delivery.

Having worked alongside Digital Sales and Marketing.

Having worked in multinational company.

Stakeholder Relationship Management.

Experience leading projects.

Willingness to travel up to 70% and work in a global team of professionals.
