Skills Needed

  • Strong understanding of PPC best practices across Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social.
  • Deep knowledge of platform capabilities including: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
  • Experience with campaign strategy, budget pacing, and bid management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in crafting client-facing updates.
  • High level of organization and process-driven approach to manage accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management tools.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for all assigned clients.
  • Team collaboration skills, especially in working alongside SEO and Web teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development, including the ability to complete both soft skill and technical training assigned by the COO or immediate supervisor.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and actively participate in bi-weekly SWOT sessions with internal teams.
  • Ensure daily fulfillment of assigned ClickUp tasks, keeping documentation up-to-date and accurate.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion volume) for each client.
  • Spend between 95% and 105% of allocated monthly budgets.
  • Ensure all initial strategies and optimizations are backed by deep research and campaign data — no random decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to build holistic digital marketing strategies that support client success across channels.
  • Complete all client-specific PPC requests, POAs (Plans of Action), and strategic pivots on time.
  • Communicate key updates and insights clearly and consistently to the Client Experience team.
  • Proactively flag risks or underperformance and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all optimization notes and client-facing documentation.
  • Complete all assigned internal trainings (technical and soft skills) within the expected timeframe and apply learnings actively.


Monthly KPIs

  • 100% of PPC clients meeting defined performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions).
  • 100% of PPC clients maintaining budget utilization between 95% and 105%.
  • 100% of PPC clients meeting defined fulfillment goals, including:
    • 100% bi-weekly optimizations completed.
    • 100% bi-weekly health checks completed.
    • 100% monthly reports completed and shared with Client Experience.
    • 100% of PPC requests completed.
    • 100% of POAs completed for at-risk clients.
    • 100% of new PPC strategies completed on time.
    • 100% of optimization notes and reports are coherent, insightful, and client-friendly.
  • Complete 100% of assigned trainings (soft skills or technical) within the established deadlines, as directed by the COO or their immediate supervisor, and proactively apply the learnings in their daily responsibilities.
