This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking students and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist users with inquiries related to online courses, educational resources, and technical support.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and help them navigate the e-learning platform effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s educational products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure the best possible experience for users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
