The Role

As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Consultant, you will support customers and ensure they receive professional, friendly, and efficient assistance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2 level).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help others.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, retail, or similar roles is an advantage, but not required.
