Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular calibration sessions, team briefings, and ongoing training programmes to stay updated on the latest platform policies and social media industry developments.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, impartiality, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive or distressing content on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all candidates must demonstrate a high level of Polish proficiency.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and platform documentation.
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related social media industry role is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
