Responsibilities

- +5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, with proven experience in project governance, reporting, project planning, portfolio management, and financial tracking.

- Supports project management office activities, tracks project metrics, and assists in reporting.

- Maintain project documentation, prepare dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.

- Coordinate project governance meetings and provide administrative support to project managers.

- Facilitate reporting on the project plan and milestones on the selected Project Management tool.

- Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.

- Support with the definition of the detailed Project Plan with detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team

- Drive portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and metrics to inform executive decision-making.

- Create and implement the Financial Tracking process.
