We are looking for an experienced and creative Photo Editor to join our team remotely and help us produce high-quality visual content that showcases our products, completed projects, workspaces, and brand.

Position Overview

The Photo Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing photographs used across our website, marketing materials, social media, catalogs, project presentations, and other digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of professional photo-editing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of image-editing software, and a strong understanding of commercial photography and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch photographs of office furniture, workspaces, installations, and completed projects.
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, resizing, sharpening, and image enhancement.
• Remove unwanted objects, backgrounds, blemishes, reflections, and other visual distractions when required.
• Prepare images for websites, social media, digital advertising, catalogs, presentations, and print materials.
• Maintain consistent image quality, color, style, and visual standards across all D&R Office Works content.
• Perform professional photo retouching while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
• Optimize images for web performance while preserving visual quality.
• Organize and maintain digital image files and project folders.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Review edited images for accuracy, consistency, and quality before delivery.
• Handle multiple editing projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.
• Make revisions based on feedback and maintain a collaborative remote workflow.

Salary: $95,000–$114,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in photo editing, photo retouching, or a related creative role.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of color correction, lighting, composition, and image retouching.
• Experience preparing images for both digital and print use.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
