We're looking for an exceptional Executive / Personal Assistant to work directly with the CRO.

You will work closely with the СRO across both professional and personal matters, helping manage priorities, coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operations.

You will serve as a trusted partner to the CRO, helping manage schedules, travel, communications, logistics, and a wide range of business and personal responsibilities. Success in this role requires discretion, strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level across diverse situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar and priorities

  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups

  • Organize international travel, accommodations, and logistics

  • Handle restaurant reservations, events requests

  • Manage personal and business administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with team members, partners, and external vendors

  • Track action items and make sure things get done

  • Research vendors, services, locations, and opportunities

  • Help create structure around an often fast-moving schedule


Required Qualifications

  • Has 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury service, events, operations, or executive support

  • Speaks excellent English

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Is proactive and resourceful

  • Communicates clearly and professionally

  • Enjoys solving problems independently

  • Can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball

  • Is comfortable working directly with executive level


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives or founders

  • Experience coordinating international travel
