We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a U.S.-based client with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This role requires full English fluency—both written and spoken—as all communication will be conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar appointments, reminders, and schedules.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups.
Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.
Assist with task tracking and basic project coordination.
Perform online research and compile reports as needed.
Support with both professional and personal errands remotely.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or assistant role.
100% English fluency (spoken and written)—this is a must.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
