Responsibilities

  • Ensure the CurseForge project library maintains high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety
  • Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback on mods and add-ons in accordance with content, EULA, and ToS policies
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports while maintaining open communication with our HQ team
  • Collaborate with Support, R&D, QA, and other teams to address daily operational challenges
  • Respond to creator inquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Proactively improve front-end and back-end project upload processes
  • Create support guides and how-to articles for creators
  • Forge a lasting alliance between mighty orcs and puny humans

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • At least 1 year of experience in user support
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a track record of independently driving projects to completion
  • Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to apply policies, consider business context, and exercise sound judgment


Bonus points:

  • Previous experience in a technology environment or software company
  • Solid understanding of different file types and folder structures
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Lua, or others
  • A Minecraft player
