Qualifications and Preferred Background

• 2-3 years' experience in a People Ops, HR administration, or similarly detail-oriented People/HR admin role with UK contract/terms experience. 
• Hands-on experience with HiBob and Deel (nice to have but not essential)
• A genuine passion for employee experience — you naturally think about how a process feels from the employee's side, not just whether it's done.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, personal data, and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
• A proactive, helpful attitude and comfort communicating with people at all levels.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Claude, and any other tech platforms. 
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Location: Remote (UK) with travel from time to time to the London office.
