Manage internal IT operations, employee lifecycle technical support, and the integration of technology stacks from acquired agencies. Coordinate with MSPs and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
Own and optimize the reliability of communication channels including IP telephony, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Manage routing logic, system integrations, and the technical onboarding of telecommunication stacks during agency acquisitions.
Design and implement AI-driven automation systems to streamline tenant management, payments, and property maintenance workflows. Partner with product managers to translate operational realities into scalable technical architectures and drive projects from concept to production.
