Manage the employee lifecycle by executing transactions in Workday and serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow. Collaborate with HRBPs and Payroll to ensure compliance, data integrity, and the improvement of HR processes.

- Act as first point of contact to HR inquiries via ServiceNow, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support
- Assign and/or escalate HR inquiries as necessary and as quickly as possible
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, terminations, job and compensation changes, and manager transfers
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and local employment regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including systems setup, benefits orientation, stakeholder communications, and Workday updates
- Partner with HR Business Partners on policy guidance, performance concerns, and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with Payroll on salary audits, final pay instructions, and unemployment claim processing
- Prepare and submit compliance reports as needed
- Assist in tracking completion of compliance training
- Identify trends in employee inquiries and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and knowledge base content
- Identify process improvements and communicate across stakeholders to form recommendations
- Support wellness, engagement, or other HR initiatives and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or global support role
- Working knowledge of global employment practices
- Proficiency in HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for creating equitable and inclusive employee experiences
