We're looking for a People Development Manager - Design & Experience to lead the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences that drive capability, performance and colleague development across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of learning, leadership development and AI capability at one of the UK's largest parcel delivery businesses.
What you'll be doing
As a People Development Manager at Evri, you'll lead the design and development of modern learning experiences that support colleagues at every stage of their career.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll create innovative development solutions, champion digital learning and help build the future skills our organisation needs to succeed.
You'll also play a key role in exploring how AI can enhance learning, capability development and colleague experience across Evri.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the organisation.
- Create engaging digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions.
- Drive innovation in learning design, technology and delivery methods.
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions and future skills programmes.
- Design impactful leadership and management development experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and development priorities.
- Use data and colleague insights to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Define and measure the impact of learning interventions.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of learning professionals.
- Support major business transformation and change initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across Evri.

- Significant experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development or People Development.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale learning programmes.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and learning experience design.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project and programme management capability.
- Experience using digital learning technologies and platforms.
- Ability to use data and insights to drive learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Passion for innovation, colleague development and future capability building.
Desirable
- Experience embedding AI solutions within learning or people development.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- Knowledge of learning experience platforms and AI-powered learning technologies.
- CIPD or a relevant Learning & Development qualification.
