The People & Culture Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including policy administration, recruitment, and employee relations. They will also ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and facilitate performance management and engagement initiatives.

We are seeking a high energy, experienced People & Culture Generalist who is people-focused, motivated, and organized to help drive a comprehensive talent management program. The person in this role will manage the day-to-day internal People & Culture needs for the Sciens Platform. This person will support the implementation, communication, and administration of People & Culture initiatives.
