Take ownership of regional payroll delivery, ensuring every detail is right â every time:
- đ Manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple countries with precision and accountability

Validate, reconcile, and prepare payroll inputs in partnership with internal stakeholders
- đ Review third-party payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution

Maintain payroll schedules and ensure all deadlines are consistently met
- â ď¸ Proactively identify and escalate risks impacting payroll accuracy or timelines
- đ¤ Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery

- Demonstrated experience managing payroll across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with modern payroll systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles
- Confident communicator, able to explain payroll concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Independent problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios

Compensation Range: $60,879 - $86,970 (or more depending on experience)
