100% Remote (Work From Home) Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


What You'll Do

  • Process and administer full-cycle, multi-state bi-weekly payroll
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and support
  • Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, status updates, and compensation changes
  • Process complex payroll transactions including garnishments, tax withholdings, bonuses, commissions, incentives, and reimbursements
  • Ensure payroll tax reporting is accurate and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Reconcile payroll records, tax filings, and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and distribute annual W-2s
  • Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities and reporting
  • Audit payroll data and payroll registers to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain payroll records and support ongoing compliance efforts
  • Partner with employees and leadership to resolve payroll issues quickly and effectively

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Hands-on experience processing full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll
  • Strong ADP payroll experience
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll
  • Knowledge of payroll taxes, tax reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing garnishments and employee tax withholdings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance initiatives
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices and process improvement strategies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
