About the Opportunity

Location: Remote within Germany.

Structure meets responsibility – shape payroll processes with us. As part of our Managed Service Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for payroll processing for clients in Germany. With your commercial background and structured approach, you will ensure payroll-relevant data and processes are accurately maintained, validated, and documented. While initial experience in payroll or HR administration is beneficial, success in this role is driven by precision, reliability, collaboration, and the ability to quickly learn new processes.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Support monthly payroll processing activities.
  • Maintain and validate master and transaction data.
  • Prepare and process notifications to social security institutions and authorities.
  • Create certificates, reports, and internal evaluations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to payroll operations.
  • Coordinate and track payroll-related data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Skills and Experience We Value

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Initial experience in payroll or HR processes is an asset.
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
