We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Medical Sales Representative to join a growing U.S.-based medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, compassionate, and skilled at helping patients understand their treatment options and take the next step in their care.

You will speak with prospective patients, explain available programs and services, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing a supportive and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective patients interested in the practice’s medical programs and services.
  
• Educate patients on treatment options, program structure, and pricing.
  
• Build trust and rapport to help patients feel confident moving forward with care.
  
• Guide patients through the enrollment and onboarding process.
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective patients.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes in the CRM or patient management system.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required (healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries preferred).
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build trust and guide patients through decision-making processes.
  
• Professional, reliable, and highly organized.
  
• Comfortable discussing treatment options and payment plans.
  
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
