4Ever Young is one of the fastest-growing anti-aging and aesthetic wellness franchise networks in the country, and right now, we are building something that has never existed inside this brand: a centralized booking team, from scratch.

This is not a seat-filler role. This is a ground-floor opportunity. The person we hire today will be among the first agents on a team being designed to scale across every 4Ever Young location in the country. You will help prove the model, refine the playbook, and grow with the program as it expands from corporate pilot stores to a full national operation.

No cold calls. Every person you speak with has already raised their hand. Your job is to turn that interest into a booked appointment, and to do it in a way that makes them genuinely look forward to walking through the door.

What you will be measured on: appointments booked, speed to lead, average call duration, and show rate. High performers here earn well above base, and the structure is built so that the better you get, the more you make.

What you will do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads through RingCentral
  • Schedule appointments inside Go High Level CRM; maintain accurate, real-time lead documentation
  • Apply approved call scripts and objection-handling frameworks; communicate the value of 4Ever Young services with confidence
  • Follow up with prospects who did not book or did not show; re-engage and reschedule
  • Meet or exceed weekly booking targets and call quality benchmarks
  • Contribute to building the playbook: this team is new and your input shapes how it runs

Requirements

Before you apply: this is a dedicated phone role. You must have handled 30 or more calls per shift in a previous call center, patient scheduling, or high-volume phone-based position as your primary job function. Front desk and receptionist roles where phone is secondary do not qualify. Rotating Saturday shifts are required from day one.

Must-Have:

  • Rotating Saturday availability: required from day one, no exceptions
  • 1+ years of call center, patient scheduling, or high-volume phone customer service as your primary role function
  • 30+ calls per shift in your most recent phone-based role: this is not a front desk or receptionist position
  • Demonstrated experience working against booking, scheduling, or conversion metrics
  • CRM or scheduling software experience (Go High Level preferred; any equivalent accepted)
  • Home internet of 100 Mbps or faster: required and verified pre-hire via speed.cloudflare.com
  • Dedicated, private home workspace for VoIP calls
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Nice-to-Have:

  • Healthcare, dental, chiropractic, aesthetics, or wellness scheduling background
  • Go High Level experience specifically
  • RingCentral or VoIP phone system experience
  • Experience in a setting where show rate is tracked and managed
  • Personal consumer of aesthetic or wellness services

Benefits

  • $20.00–$24.00/hr base: commensurate with experience
  • $3.00 per appointment booked: paid on top of base, every shift
  • At 15 bookings/day: ~$27/hr effective | At 20 bookings/day: ~$29.50/hr effective
  • Overtime available on weekends
  • 100% remote: work from anywhere in the U.S.
