Working Day: Flexible working hours throughout the week. Daily collective overlapping hours are 11:00-16:00 UTC. Our Full Time work week is approximately 40 hours.
Sitting within the Partner & Customer Enablement team and reporting to the Head of Partner & Customer Enablement, the Enablement Lead enables implementing partners and software users in low and middle-income countries to adopt Peek's software and data intelligence platform confidently, use it correctly, and keep improving how they use it over time. This is a coaching and facilitation role where success is measured by partner adoption and confident, independent use of Peek software to train non-eye health professionals (screeners) with quality outcomes.
The role transfers knowledge of Peek’s software use and integration into partner eye health programmes where structured learning is delivered through Peek's reusable learning assets (digital/non-digital). The Partner and Customer Enablement Lead will facilitate that learning, coach the partner's own trainers to cascade it, quality-assure the cascade, then monitor and intervene where practice, data quality or programme outcomes are impacted.
Peek’s staff are distributed internationally around the globe and our customers and software users operate and deliver programmes in multiple countries. Travel to programmes using Peek in different countries will be part of the role (in line with Peek’s Travel Safety Policy).
