We’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and curious Child and Family Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team of pediatric clinicians (including psychologists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, and other child and family therapists) on a part-time, pay-per-visit basis.

Our South Asheville clinic is one of our largest and busiest locations, serving children and families ages birth through 18 in an outpatient setting throughout the greater Asheville area. Our client population extends across South Asheville and Arden, as well as North Asheville, Mars Hill, Marshall, and surrounding communities. This creates an opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families while becoming part of an established, growing clinic in a beautiful mountain town.

What You’ll Do

As a Child and Family Therapist, you’ll evaluate and treat children and families with a wide range of behavioral and mental health needs.

You’ll provide engaging, evidence-based interventions designed to help children and families build skills, strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and reach their potential.

You’ll have the opportunity to make therapy practical and meaningful by helping children use the skills they develop in therapy within the environments where they actually live, learn, and grow.

Requirements

•  Licensure in Psychology, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience and training in evidence-based treatments
• Bilingual skills are a plus
