  • Support the development and improvement of internal processes, document management systems and administrative procedures.

  • Handle confidential client information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline; formal paralegal qualifications will also be considered.

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role, preferably within employment law, workplace relations, litigation or HR advisory.

  • Familiarity with Australian employment law, workplace relations legislation, employment contracts and compliance requirements is highly advantageous.

  • Strong legal research, drafting, proofreading and document preparation skills.

  • Experience supporting dispute resolution, litigation, workplace investigations or employment advisory matters is desirable.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple matters efficiently.
