AI Summary

The Paid Digital Manager is responsible for building, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive ticket sales for festivals and events. They will also handle budget pacing, performance reporting, and data tracking to ensure campaigns meet marketing goals.

THE ROLE

The Paid Digital Manager builds and runs paid advertising campaigns across the Rise Up Selects portfolio. Our own festivals and concerts, and the client events we market under service agreements.

This is a hands-on role. You will be in the ad accounts daily, building campaigns, managing budgets, watching performance, and adjusting to protect the sales curve. You will own results on the events assigned to you and be accountable for the return those campaigns deliver.

The work moves fast and runs wide. In any given month you may be driving a reggae festival in Florida, a rock show in Salt Lake, and a country festival for an outside client, each with a different audience and a different curve.

PORTFOLIO FOCUS

  • Rise Up Selects festivals, curated events, and venue properties
  • External agency projects for client promoters and event owners

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Rise Up Selects values in-person collaboration and the team cohesion that comes with it. We are an office-first company, based in Salt Lake City, where real-time communication and spontaneous idea sharing keep a fast-moving business moving.

For exceptional candidates we will consider remote arrangements, but this is the exception rather than the norm and requires strong self-direction and excellent communication.

Availability during evenings and weekends is expected around announce dates, on-sales, and event weeks. Campaigns go live when the announce goes live, and the final days before an event are when the most tickets move.

This is a full-time position.

Rise Up Selects provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, creed, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, genetic information, service in the military, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Rise Up Selects, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
