Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity supporting the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Our client is an architectural design firm supplying specialty building components for commercial and residential markets, with customers that include Fortune 500 companies and internationally recognized sporting venues.

This is a hunter-focused outside sales role combining new business development with management and growth of an existing account base. The Outside Sales Representative will prospect within an assigned territory, develop customer relationships, prepare quotes from architectural drawings and coordinate with internal teams and contractors throughout the sales and order process.

COMPENSATION
• $85,000-$95,000 Base Salary
• Commission
• Commission Structure / Target Earnings Not Provided

• Prospect For New Business Within An Assigned Territory
• Maintain And Grow An Existing Account Base
• Develop Relationships With Customers And Prospects
• Generate Quotes Based On Architectural Drawings

Requirements

Requirements
• At Least 3 Years Of Outside Sales Experience REQUIRED
• Experience With Architectural Glass Or Metal Products REQUIRED
• Strong Spoken And Written English Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Self-Motivated And Career-Oriented REQUIRED
• Ability To Prospect For New Business In A Hunter-Focused Sales Role REQUIRED
• Ability To Travel Regularly Using A Personal Vehicle REQUIRED
