Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition through high-volume outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, networking).
Identify and qualify prospects who need recruiting or staffing support.
Conduct brief discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position our services.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and strong service delivery.
Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly outreach and sales goals.
Will have to meet KPI expectations
Qualifications
Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (staffing/recruiting experience is a plus).
Strong ability to communicate, build rapport quickly, and handle objections.
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects.
