The Outreach Supervisor will lead and coach a team of Outreach Specialists while conducting field outreach and building community partnerships. They will also facilitate peer support sessions and ensure team performance and compliance standards are met.
Marigold Health is looking for an experienced outreach professional with a passion for recovery to join our team as an Outreach Supervisor. In this role, you’ll lead by example: you’ll stay active in the field doing outreach while coaching and supervising a team of Outreach Specialists who connect people to Marigold’s peer support app. You’ll also grow our network of provider and community partners and, when assigned, provide in-person peer recovery coaching. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who loves being out in the community and is deeply committed to mental health and substance use recovery.

Build strong relationships with subcontracted providers and community organizations, and represent Marigold at provider meetings and community events
Spot referral trends, partner feedback, and process gaps, and bring ideas for improvement to leadership
When assigned, facilitate in-person 1:1 or group peer support, following all Peer Support supervision, documentation, and compliance standards
Keep accurate, timely records of outreach and enrollments, and escalate safety or compliance concerns appropriately
You have flexibility in your schedule, including early morning hours (5 - 6 AM), and evenings and weekends
