The Outreach Supervisor will lead and coach a team of Outreach Specialists while conducting field outreach and building community partnerships. They will also facilitate peer support sessions and ensure team performance and compliance standards are met.
Engage members through digital tools and phone calls to develop comprehensive wellness plans. Provide peer-led support based on lived experience with mental health or substance use conditions.
Moderate app chats and forums to drive member engagement while ensuring a safe environment adhering to the Code of Conduct. Support members in their recovery journeys by sharing lived experience and coordinating with peer support specialists for crisis situations.
