Outreach, CRM & Admin Support Virtual Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Virtual
Assistant to support a leadership coach, speaker, and community leader with
outreach, CRM management, partnership development, systems organization, and
administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
relationship-building, lead generation, and creating systems that improve
efficiency. The ideal candidate is not just task-oriented, but also confident
in bringing ideas, suggestions, and strategic input to the table.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
- Research
and identify potential leads, speaking opportunities, partnerships, and
collaborations
- Build
and maintain prospect databases
- Conduct
LinkedIn outreach and relationship nurturing
- Draft
personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Support
B2B outreach to organizations, schools, universities, local authorities,
and corporate partners
- Assist
in booking calls, speaking engagements, and partnership meetings
CRM & Systems Management
- Manage
and organize CRM systems
- Maintain
accurate lead and contact records
- Help
streamline workflows and automations
- Integrate
calendars and platforms where necessary
- Support
email organization and admin systems
Email Marketing & Admin
- Assist
with email campaigns and communications
- Support
scheduling and coordination
- Organize
files, documents, and workflows
- Track
outreach performance and engagement metrics
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience
with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- CRM
experience (HubSpot preferred, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity
with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience
with database building and prospect research
- Strong
written communication skills
- Excellent
organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable
working independently and proactively
- Experience
with Asana is a plus
- Email
marketing experience is advantageous
