Requirements
Job Description
● Required:
○ 4 or more years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem,
including at least 2+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce DevOps and
release management.
○ Hold active Copado Administrator / Copado Fundamentals Certification,
alongside a Salesforce Administrator certification.
○ Extensive experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket,
GitLab) and complex branching strategies.
○ Proven hands-on expertise using Copado for automating Salesforce
deployments, managing user stories, and maintaining deployment pipelines.
○ Strong understanding of the Salesforce Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and
package-based deployment models.
○ Experience in troubleshooting deployment errors, resolving code conflicts, and
maintaining the health of multiple sandbox environments.
○ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
○ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Preferred:
○ Hold an active Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Development
Lifecycle and Deployment Designer certification.
○ Experience integrating automated testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium) or code
quality tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube) into the Copado pipeline.
○ Being bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
○ Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for task
automation is a plus.
○ Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira and integrating
them with Copado.
○ Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS is an asset.
○ Experience in executing data migrations and using tools like Salesforce Data
Loader or Copado Data Deploy is a plus.
