What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about turning outbound conversations into booked opportunities. You'll be working inside ServiceTitan and HATCH, reaching out, handling objections, and moving people from maybe to yes.

This is fast-paced work. The kind where your focus matters, your tone matters, and your ability to stay sharp on call number 30 matters. When you win, customers get helped, contractors stay busy, and your impact is obvious.

You'll be part of a transparent, team-player culture where leadership shows up, problem solving is expected, and strong performance doesn't get ignored.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the fi rst few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a full 40-hour schedule and earn $22-$25 per hour, based on your fi t for the role.

You have proven outbounding experience You have experience on ServiceTitan and HATCH (or GoHiLevel, Chiirp, Podium) You do well in a fast-paced environment You love turning conversations into booked opportunities You act proactively, solve problems, and work like a true team player You want to make a lasting impact on the customer experience in home services You should not apply if you want a slow, low-pressure role.
