Outbound Tele-Sales Representative

Description

We're building a new outbound tele sales team to grow product sales through proactive customer outreach. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable on the phone, motivated by results, and wants to earn based on performance.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers
• Identify needs and recommend the right products
• Track outreach and outcomes in our CRM
• Hit weekly outreach and sales targets

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, persistent phone presence
• Comfort with rejection and a drive to hit goals
• Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience a plus (not required)
• Reliable access to a computer/phone and quiet workspace if remote
